The operator of the avenuehome.hu website, Dalma Szolyka EV (hereinafter referred to as "Avenue Home") hereby informs the users of the website (hereinafter referred to as "User") about the principles of data processing, the practical use of the data provided to us, and the ways and means by which the data subjects can access and delete their data. If AvenueHome requests personal data from the User for any purpose, we will act in accordance with the following provisions.
Legal basis for processing: the data subject's voluntary consent. AvenueHome only processes personal data that the User has previously provided in a form. By providing his/her personal data, the User gives his/her consent to the processing and recording of such data by Avenue Home. By providing his/her e-mail address, the User authorises Avenue Home to send him/her information and notices about its services.
Avenue Home processes the technical data automatically generated by the User's computer device, Internet browser and address for the purposes of market research and measuring website traffic. Such data may include: IP address, time of use, websites visited, browser program, and a cookie that allows the browser to be identified. This data is used for statistical purposes and is only used by Avenue Home in non-identifiable form. For this purpose, the Website asks for the User's consent when visiting davishome.hu.
Avenue Home complies with the applicable Hungarian legislation, such as Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of information society services (Ekertv), Act CXII of 2011 on the right to information self-determination and freedom of information (Act CXII of 2011 on the right to information self-determination and freedom of information), and the Hungarian Data Protection Act. Act LXIII of 1992 on the Protection of Personal Data on the Disclosure of Data of Public Interest (Avtv), and Act CXIX of 1995 on the Processing of Name and Address Data for the Purposes of Electronic Commerce Services and for Research and Direct Marketing, and the GDPR
REGULATION (EU) No 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 95/46/EC.
The purpose of the processing of the personal data provided by the User is to enable Avenue Home to inform the User (in person, in writing or electronically) about its services. Avenue Home processes the User's personal data solely for the following purposes:
Avenue Home does not create a user profile and does not store any personal data of visitors. In all cases, the forms on the website managed by Avenue Home only collect data, such as e-mail address, that the user has provided to us for a specific purpose. In all cases, our users are informed of the use of the data they provide and of the possibility of deleting it.
The User is entitled to modify, change or delete his/her data, unless restricted by law. He/she has the right to be informed of the personal data concerning him/her processed by Avenue Home. The User may submit any requests in this regard by e-mail to szolykadalma@gmail.com. Avenue Home will take the necessary steps and implement the request for modification or deletion of data within a maximum of 8 days. The User may not be able to use some of the services or may only be able to use them to a limited extent if the processing of personal data is prohibited.
Avenue Home takes all security measures to ensure the highest level of protection for the data it handles and to prevent unauthorised access.
On the Website there are links to sites not managed by Avenue Home, by clicking on which the User leaves the Website. In such cases, the User's data will be processed by that site. Avenue Home is not responsible for the processing of data collected by other sites.
The address data, parameters, photos and owner details of the properties in Avenue Home are personally recorded by the Intermediaries using a contract of assignment, a data sheet and a camera. By signing the contract of assignment, the Principal agrees that the address data, photos and parameters of the property included in the contract of assignment, as well as the e-mail address, telephone number and personal data of the Principal, may be processed by Avenue Home and used by our staff for the purpose of advertising the property and finding buyers. The client may request our staff to terminate the contract of assignment and to delete the data, either in person or by e-mail. After the sale, the data will be permanently deleted from our system upon completion of the assignment and payment of the fee, and at the same time the assignment contract and the data sheet or the brokerage declaration will be destroyed. In the event of a dispute regarding performance, the data will be stored until the problem is resolved, with notification to the owner.
Avenue Home's intermediaries will not transfer the data to third parties.
Interested parties will not be provided with ownership details or property details. If they want to access the data, our staff will create a written document, called a declaration of assignment, where the assignor and the interested party declare that they have provided each other with data. The information contained in the viewing declaration is not recorded online and remains in the possession of the estate agent in written form only.
After the sale of the property, the brokerage declaration will be cancelled upon completion of the order and payment of the fee.
Any information provided by our interested parties is provided specifically for the purpose of searching for the property, and the interested party may request in the notification e-mails that the information previously provided be deleted.
